  • Thank you so much for yesterday, it was so well needed, cozy and educational.

    Today I have felt very resilient to significant stress and I really hope I can bring some habits into my everyday life like breath of fire and just yoga in general.

    As I said, the set up was absolutely perfect yesterday. Even so that an outsider like me can go there and feel safe and cared for, both by you but also the other people you had gathered.

    It is an experience I will carry with me for a long time and I am so incredibly grateful that I got to be part of it. Please let me know as soon as you plan to do the same again and I will bring my dad or boyfriend.
