The Retreat
In this retreat Natalie, alongside guest teachers, invites you to discover new parts of yourself through embodiment practices, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
With deep love, reverence and gratitude for the classical teachings of yoga, Natalie weaves together ancient wisdom with contemporary yoga sequencing to open up the physical, mental and emotional body.
The retreat includes 1 soft flow yoga class, 1 breathwork session and 1 yin yoga practice, providing the perfect blend of effort and ease for you to find equilibrium and peace - leaving you centered, balanced and whole.
Thoughtfully crafted to offer moments of rest within the simplicity of being, this day will nourish your body, mind and soul - all while cultivating deep self-love.
