The Retreat

  • In this retreat Natalie, alongside guest teachers, invites you to discover new parts of yourself through embodiment practices, breathing techniques and mindfulness.

  • With deep love, reverence and gratitude for the classical teachings of yoga, Natalie weaves together ancient wisdom with contemporary yoga sequencing to open up the physical, mental and emotional body.

  • The retreat includes 1 soft flow yoga class, 1 breathwork session and 1 yin yoga practice, providing the perfect blend of effort and ease for you to find equilibrium and peace - leaving you centered, balanced and whole.

  • Thoughtfully crafted to offer moments of rest within the simplicity of being, this day will nourish your body, mind and soul - all while cultivating deep self-love.
