30 Minute Relaxing Evening Yin Yoga Practice

Hey and welcome to this relaxing evening yin practice 🪻

My name is Natalie and today I will guide you through 30 minutes of yoga where we will stay for a while in each pose to really slow down and tune into our body.

I created this class as the perfect antidote after a long day - to unwind, de-compress and let go of anything that you don't wish to bring with you moving forward in life. I invite you to close your eyes as much as you feel comfortable during the practice to really cultivate an internal energy.
