1 Hour Full Body Introspective Yin Yoga Practice

Thank you for being here and showing up for this practice with me 🪽

Today I will guide you through an hour long, contemplative full body yin yoga class.

If you have blocks at hand you can use them today but if not, don't worry - you'll be fine without them too.

Throughout the class I will introduce some reflective questions for you to ponder, maybe on the mat but I also encourage you to take time afterwards to perhaps journal a bit on them.

My aim with this yin class is to leave you feeling centered, grounded and relaxed ♡

Some reflective questions for you to contemplate:

✦ Am I using my time wisely?

✦ Am I taking anything for granted?

✦ Am I living true to myself?

✦ Am I taking care of myself physically?

✦ Am I letting matters that are out of my control stress me out?

✦ Who am I, really?

✦ If this were the last day of my life, would I have the same plans for today?

✦ Am I holding on to something I need to let go of?

✦ What matters most in my life?

✦ Have I done anything lately that’s worth remembering?

✦ When did I last push the boundaries of my comfort zone?

✦ What thoughts, beliefs and patterns can I let go of?

✦ If I had to instill one piece of advice in a newborn baby, what advice would I give?

✦ How will I live, knowing I will die?

✦ What is life asking of me?

✦ What do I want to learn?

✦ What is the best advice I’ve received?
