30 Minutes of Restoring Rest in a Guided Shavasana

I created this 30 minutes of rest practice for those days when you don't have energy or desire for yoga, yet want to show up for yourself, take a break from the modern world and gift your body some deep relaxation and restoration.

You can also use it as a complement to one of my other practices if you'd like to extend the length of your shavasana or to wind down before sleep.

I will guide you through a body scan and some conscious breathing before letting you surrender into nothingness and just be for a while. At the end, I'll guide you back to consciousness so if you happen to fall asleep don't worry... Really treat this as a sacred pause 𖥸
