Welcome to Jade Journeys and today's yoga class!

Thank you so much for being here and thank yourself for showing up for this practice and gifting yourself the medicine of yoga for your mind, body and soul x

This practice is designed to calm your nervous system through gentle movement, forward folds and releasing areas such as the hips and shoulders that tend to be tense from the modern every day life.

My intention is to guide you to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system - our rest and digest state.

Hopefully it will help slow down those thoughts in your mind too 🌷
