My name is Natalie and today I will guide you through a yoga practice that is designed specifically for surfers, where we will be focusing a bit extra on mobility and flexibility throughout the back, as well as the shoulders, glutes and hips.
Bear in mind that this practice suits anyone that wants to target these areas - you don't have to be a surfer to benefit from it (I'm not..) :)
