5 Minute Grateful Morning Blessing Meditation

This meditation is designed to start your day by connecting with yourself before the external world in order to ease into the day with more presence, intention and gratitude.

Gratitude is the fastest way to tap into a more open, free and peaceful state of mind.

You can do the meditation lying down or seated in a comfortable position. I like doing my morning meditations first thing in the morning, when still in bed.
